After passing the New York Bar Exam I briefly practiced law at a small firm on Long Island before moving to Chicago to pursue comedic writing and performing at the famous 2nd City Theater. I successfully completed 2nd City’s conservatory and then wrote and performed sketch comedy in Chicago.

I enjoy teaching especially working one on one or with a small group of students. I find that not only monitor their progress better this way but also feel I make a greater impact on them. My performance background also helps me use humor as a way of connecting with the students, an invaluable aspect of teaching.
